Burrata

Last weekend I finally got the chance buying Burrata cheese. This fresh cheese is imported from a small farm in Italy and is basically a buffalo mozzarella with cream. The one they sell at "de Kaaskamer" in Amsterdam is of outstanding quality. You really should eat it as fresh as possible. Mine was made on a tuesday and consumed on saturday.

Drizzle some extra vergine oil of good quality over it together with some grinded black pepper. Buon appetito!
