Fish BBQ

Last weekend i had a perfect barbecue!

There's usually too much meat at barbecues.

Marinated tuna steaks
Tuna
Fresh mint leaves
Lime
Oil

Marinated Gambas
Huge gambas
Ginger
Red chillie pepper
Garlic
Fresh Coriander

With a nice Riesling wine from a German winery 1,5 hour drive from here.
